You can make warranty when using services of Bookas website.
Warranty process: When needing warranty or service support, customers will contact our warranty and support centers. Our customer service staff will advise and support customers on the warranty and service support process. Upon receiving warranty information of the service requested by the customer, Bookas' technical department will support customers in troubleshooting within 24 hours via phone, email or direct support via teamviewer.
We will take the next steps to check the service quality and proceed with warranty or refund as per your request.
We will refund the customer in the form of payment.
– If the customer pays by bank transfer, we will refund the money to the account that paid for the exact amount the customer paid for the service.
In order to ensure consumer rights and improve the quality of after-sales service, Bookas will support you to exchange for a new product. Or return the product and refund the money to you. (But will not refund shipping or delivery fees if any).
Bookas accepts customers to check with the delivery staff at the time of receipt.
After receiving the goods, if the customer finds any errors, they can contact the customer service department for support in exchanging or returning the goods. Note, please record a video when opening the package for comparison when necessary.
- Scope of goods inspection.
Customers are allowed to check the correct quantity of products actually received, compare and contrast the products received with the actual image of the product ordered on the order after confirmation by Bookas staff.
Absolutely do not peel or open the product.
– The delivered goods are not of the correct type or model as ordered by the customer.
– Not enough quantity, not enough set as in the order.
– External damage such as peeling, breakage occurring during transportation, etc.
– Not meeting quality standards such as: expired, out of warranty, not operable. Objective damage within the warranty scope of the supplier, manufacturer, etc. Maximum return handling time is within 24 hours, from the time of …. confirmation with the customer. Receive full product + accessories + related documents.

To enjoy the 1-for-1 exchange or return policy within 3 days. Please check the goods. And sign the status with Bookas staff immediately upon receipt of the goods. – When the customer discovers a product defect, the customer is allowed to request Party A to exchange the product within 3 days from the date of receipt.
– The product can be EXCHANGED FOR NEW 100% within 3 days. From the date of delivery if there is a manufacturer error. Due to wrong delivery of goods, the product is still in its original new 100% condition when delivered, Bookas will resolve it within 5 minutes. Immediately after confirming the product status with the customer.
– EXCHANGE ANOTHER PRODUCT OF THE SAME VALUE within the first 30 days of use if there is a manufacturing defect that cannot be immediately fixed by the technician, the product remains in its original new condition 100%.
– Products can be EXCHANGED EQUIVALENTLY during the warranty period (According to regulations from 12 – 24 – 36 months) when the product is damaged. The error is caused by the manufacturer and cannot be warranted, there are no replacement parts. Or have to wait for replacement parts for too long, Bookas will immediately exchange for another equivalent product.
– Some special, specialized products do not have equivalent products to exchange. Must wait for spare parts to be shipped back. Or must be sent abroad for repair, Bookas will lend other equipment for customers to use.

– For distributors without documents, Purchase Invoice
– You want to change the book code without prior notice.
– You yourself affect the external condition. Such as torn packaging, peeling, breakage, etc.
– You operate the product incorrectly, causing damage.
– You do not comply with the regulations as required to enjoy the warranty (for example, do not send the warranty card to the correct place within the specified time, if any).
– You have checked and signed for the status of the goods. But there is no response within 24 hours from the time of signing for the goods.
* Note: Exchanges and repairs will be carried out in accordance with the regulations of the supplier or manufacturer. Or by the authorized warranty service of that supplier or manufacturer.
