Orders will be delivered to the customer's address through an intermediary shipping company with the following specific delivery policy:

- For customers in provinces and cities where the company has stores, we will deliver to the customer's door.

- Delivery time

Bookas will request the shipping party to deliver the goods to the customer within the agreed time when the customer has completed all the ordering procedures. The shipping time usually takes at least 3 - 5 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays or holidays).

- Financial invoices or warehouse delivery notes are the basis to support the complaint handling process such as: determining the market value of goods, ensuring valid circulation of goods, etc.
- Rights of the carrier
- Check the authenticity of the property, the bill of lading or other equivalent shipping document.
- Refuse to transport property that is not the type of property agreed upon in the contract.
- Require the lessee to pay the full shipping fee on time.
- Refuse to transport prohibited assets, assets of a dangerous or toxic nature, if the carrier
- Obligations of the charterer
- Pay the full shipping fee to the carrier on time and in the agreed manner.
- Provide necessary information related to the transported property to ensure the safety of the transported property.
- Take care of the property during transportation, if agreed. In case the lessee takes care of the property and the property is lost or damaged, no compensation will be paid.
- Rights of the charterer
